- Ask for what you want in your relationships so that you’re more likely to get it
- Untangle confusing desires so you can make clear asks
- Sort what you actually want from what you are willing to do or would be okay for you
- Share your desires around vulnerable topics like sex and relationships
- Negotiate clearly and in good faith
You’ll also learn what to ask for (and what you should never ask for), why we don’t ask (and what we do instead), and the three things you can always request when you don’t know what you want.

Your Instructor
Marcia Baczynski, aka Marcia B, (she/her) is an internationally-recognized coach, writer and presenter on sexual communication, boundaries, consent and desire.
