Why I Created the Annual Course Pass
In my one-on-one coaching work, clients came to me to learn how to ask for what they want and how to set better boundaries. While I could teach them how to speak up for these things, in most cases, another set of skills needed to be developed first: That of noticing, valuing and trusting your own preferences, priorities, instincts and interior knowing.
After all, you can’t ask for what you want, if you don’t know what you want.
I noticed I was teaching these same skills over and over. I also noticed that my clients got better results when they were learning with others doing the same. I wanted to make this work more available to more people, at a more accessible price point, and in a way that was compatible with our busy lives.
Thus, in 2022, the Annual Course Pass was born, as a way for adults of all genders to learn and practice these skills, in a structured, collaborative way.
Each 4-week course has been created to focus on a distinct area of practice and development: owning, naming and claiming your sexuality; discerning your true desires and preferences in life; noticing and identifying the clues to your ever-changing boundaries, and how to communicate about all of this.

Are these courses only for women? Can anyone join?
Each course in the Annual Course Pass is open to adults of any gender! Each class is typically a majority women, with a number of trans and gender non-conforming people, as well as a handful of men.
Can I take these courses with my partner?
You sure can! And it's encouraged. You just each need your own registration.

Are the calls recorded? What if I miss one?
No problem! All live classes are recorded and uploaded within 48 hours, along with a chat transcript and class summary. You will have access to the recordings for 120 days after the course ends, and you can re-watch as many times as you like in that window.
What technology do I need for this?
All classes take place on Zoom, which you can video call into using their software, or you can call into from your phone (without video).
All our course materials live on Teachable.com and you will need web access and an email address to participate.
Are these the official dates? Will they change?
I do my best not to change the dates. That said, it’s hard to know what will happen nearly a year in advance, so all dates are susceptible to change and if that has to happen, I’ll do my best to let you know with plenty of advance notice.
